Determinant Model on Consumption and Cost of Medical Care Services

Abstract
The model of the medical care setor just described also serves to enumerate the differant subject areas. To understand the medical sector it is necessary to learn about the theory of demand and supply for medical care sector.
This study describes the characteristics of medical care market and shows a determinant model on consumption and cost of medical care services. In demand section, as in all other sections, the theoretical discussion of demand will be followed by a review of studies that have attempted to estimates of the factors that affect demand. On the other hand, the supply of good or service is production function. The production function describes the technical relation between the output of good or service and resources (or inputs) used to produce it. Certain characteristics of medical production functions affect the cost, quantity and quality of care provided.
This model of this study is one of many approaches toward medical sector. Maybe this model should be tested deeply by the related studies.
